About Me

Keith has been the Liberal Democrat councillor for Fulford ward, to the south of York, since 2003. He was first elected in 2003, and re-elected in 2007 and 2011. Keith lives locally on Heath Moor Drive, off Heslington Lane in Fulford. In May 2013, Keith was elected as Leader of the Liberal Democrat Council Group.

Keith has been member of Fulford Parish Council for many years, currently as Vice Chair. Keith has a particular interest in education; in 2004 Keith qualified as a secondary school teacher and he has since worked at a number of North Yorkshire schools.

Outside of politics Keith enjoys being involved in a number of community groups in the local area. In his spare time Keith enjoys cycling and playing squash and badminton.
